    BLAND, BOARDED AND CRACKED, WITH AN UNCERTAIN BOTTOM LINE WITH NO FOCUS – NOT UNLIKE THE TOWN I’VE LIVED IN ALMOST ALL OF MY LIFE. THIS IS WHAT IT HAS BECOME.

    The interpretation of the Saginaw photo by ILLUMINE is virtually lost without the photo on the same page as the interpretation.

    This photo by ILLUMINE is but a facet of the Saginaw picture. There are other facets that reflect a lustrous town of rich history and hope for it’s future. Once again, Saginaw must go through the pain of transformation. It’s success has yet to be realized.
