Autumn is definitely my favorite season. Boxes of pumpkin line the roadway leading into the local pumpkin patch. Which one should I choose?

  1. This composition is a wonderful juxtaposition that combines life and death symbols that excite the eye on every level. I love the way the colors hit you in the face first thing. Then the eye is lead around the picture by other bits of color. Finally your eye comes to rest on the beautiful detail and similarity in texture between the wood and grass.

  2. Wow! Everything Cheryl said and again some. I didn’t notice the boxes full of pumpkins and the shadow on the inside of the box at first. That to me is the beauty of a great photo – always something more to discover and appreciate. Way to go, Diann.

  3. Wonderful photo! It has both drama and certain serenity.

    PS: If I move back a few inches, it looks like two pumpkin trains passing each other.
